Our Story

Why We Built Forevify

A family story about dementia, music, memory, and the unexpected connection that inspired a company.

Kirk Was Always Moving

My father-in-law Kirk completed Ironman triathlons, ran 100-mile races, and crossed the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim.

Then dementia entered his life.

Conversations became harder. Stories arrived in fragments. Memories appeared and disappeared. Our family was searching for new ways to connect.

So we started making music.

We turned his words into an album, Running on the Trails.

When the Songs Played

Something unexpected happened.

Kirk smiled. He tapped his feet. He sang along.

"Even when ordinary conversation became difficult, music still reached him."

For our family, it felt like getting pieces of him back. That experience made us ask a simple question: What if every resident in every memory care community could have songs created from their own stories?

Forevify was born from that question.

The Album

Running On The Trails

An album of songs built from Kirk's stories, his memories, and the music that shaped him. Listen to the full collection below.

We weren't trying to build a company. We were simply trying to reach someone we love.

Helping People Feel Like Themselves Again

Forevify uses music and AI to preserve identity, spark memory, and strengthen connection. This isn't about technology replacing human relationships — it's about using technology to support them.

Preserve Identity

Songs built from a resident's own words, stories, and the music they love.

Spark Memory

Familiar melodies and personal lyrics reach places ordinary conversation can't.

Strengthen Connection

Families share songs, sing along, and stay close — even from far away.
